This is the smokiest sauce you will probably ever taste. Tastes like fire place in a bottle. A drop of this will smoke up anything you want. Not super hot, almost just a flavor infuser.

It's very dark. Like spicy liquid smoke. Can't recommend it on its own. Would be delicious in taco meat or chili.
