Sweet with a mild tang. Some fruit and mellow spice. Pretty good. When mentioned you really notice the carrot in a good way.

Can absolutely taste the scotch Bonnet. Not as hot as others. Very sweet as scotch bonnet always is. A little savory which is unusual for this, but it fits. Can actually taste the carrot a little.
