Very sweet and fruity. Not hot at all. Your basically tasting a watered down blueberry jam with a slight kick. Tastes good, for sure, but more as a jam than a hot sauce.

It's not hot, like at all. On its own, it doesn't taste like much. However, this is an absolute game changer in any dish that relies on barbecue sauce. Just ties things together real nice.
